Bolt Missing, Anyone know the size?

Hey guys, hoping someong might be so kind as to remove a bolt on their GTP and measure it size/threads/lengh so I can buy one from a hardware store.

Replaced the valve cover gaskets one day and while I was putting things back together, dropped this bolt. It didnt hit the ground and I was getting close to being late for work so I had to finish up and go.

Its the bolt that bolts together the EGR heat shield to the MAP bracket. I attached a picture, but you guys might not be able to really see anything.

I've been driving with it like this for a while because I dont think its hurting anything. Just want everything complete.

Thanks for any info guys!

Re: Bolt Missing, Anyone know the size?

Looks like it might be 1/4" or mabe smaller, maybe? Just a educated guess. What is the bolt for and I can take it off my car and take a measurement. Boy do I feel dumb if I would have read the complete post I would have found out the location. Is that the front side or is it the back side.

Re: Bolt Missing, Anyone know the size?

Thank you so much!

It will be a metric bolt. The head size was 10MM I believe. Its between the EGR valve and MAP sensor.

Be sure to get a flanged head bolt, otherwise you will need a washer that will be dropped next time you remove it!!

Re: Bolt Missing, Anyone know the size?

That is one thing that I forgot to mention about the bolt. I would get one if possible where the flange has ridges that work like lock washer.
