Same here. I have Dex Cool in a bunch of my GM vehicles and really only have had problems with one, an intake gasket on one of my '97 Ventures. The problem is generally NOT the Dex Cool but rather poor gasket design/materials. Other issues can be found to have other causes such as air infiltration into the cooling system, and poor maintenance of the cooling system.

After spending over $1,000 on a new intake gasket I get back $50.00 for a faluty GM part. I'll try not to spend it all in one place!!
