eratic downshifting on 95 accord automatic trans

I have a 95 accord with a four cylinder and auto trans. My problem is that when I slow down to make a turn and get back on the gas that the trans does a quick down and immediate up shift, It does it in both D4 and D3. Fluid is clean and pink and no signs of burnt fluid. Are there any selinoids I sould be looking to replce or does this sound like a deeper problem.
