05 Sunfire cold start rattle
I bought a 2005 Sunfire, 48,500 miles, 5 speed manual transmission. When I start the engine cold it rattles until the oil pressure builds up. The oil filter is towards the top of the engine. I think the oil runs out of the filter when it is parked for a while then has to fill it up every time it starts. Is there anything I can do so it doesn't start up dry every time? It also revs up slightly when it starts which makes it sound worse. It has a 2.2 engine.
