My Drawings

Please let me know what you think.

First one is a 1969 Chevro Camaro Z28
Second one is 1998 Dodge Viper Coupe GTS
Third one is Scott Kalitta's Drag Racer
Fourth one is 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4

The last one is really recent, I just made it, hope you all like them

Re: My Drawings

Thank you I will be don't worry .

If anyone has any requests I can try my best to draw any vehicles they want, just post the picture or give the information of the vehicle and i'll look up a picture of it, none of these were traced by the way, i just looked at the picture of the vehicle and drew it.

Re: My Drawings

They could use some work but you can def tell what kind of car they are by looking at them. Have you tried using a grid? Grids really help keeping proportions on point. If you have any questions or need me to explain what a grid is just let me know. Take care.

Re: My Drawings

Youre welcome. You dont even have to use grid paper if you dont want, those squares are too small in my opinion. What I do is print the referance photo and draw the grid right on there and I make my squares 1" by 1" then I draw the grid on my drawing paper very lightly. If you wanted to enlarge the photo you just make your squares a little bigger on your paper. Ill try to get some pics for you.

Re: My Drawings

pretty good

just need to keep practicing

here comes another Trosley plug:

George Trosley uses the box method for his toons. The same methodology can be applied to realistic renderings.

check out his How to Draw book or CD http://www.georgetrosley.com

the Thom Taylor book #1 is another pretty good one but don't tell him I said that.

Re: My Drawings

they look good you just need to get the lines down. They lines aren't...um straight enough, there too curvey in some places.

Re: My Drawings

Ok this is my newest project but I'm being very careful with this one, and taking my time:

Now I didn't look at any vehicle or anything to draw this one, I just started drawing, and I ended up with this, I knew I kinda wanted it to look like a Porsche, but I'm not sure what you call it lol, make of it what you want I guess. I was hoping someone could give me some pointers, or some logos I should use on the vehicle, what they think would be the best color, etc. I know I wanted to make a blue body, with a black hood except the WyoTech part, that I'm gonna make its original color if I can, but the rest of it I wanted to be black stripe, and im not sure what color to make the body. Any feedback on it would be appreciated though, and I'll keep you guys updated on it.opcorn:

Re: My Drawings

My first update on it:

since this I've made an update to the hood, moved it all the way to the edge of the window so the WyoTech logo is pretty close to the center, it looks a lot better that way.
