1986 B250 stalling

I have a B250 Sportsman van that when it warms up as you start up a hill it begins to sputter and stall and jerk, it will die eventually, I have replaced the ECM, all other electronic parts and all the ignition parts ( coil, plugs, wires).
This is driving me crazy, please help
