supercharger with electric motor

can you spin a supercharger with an electric motor? What if you put a large pulley on the motor and a rather small pulley on the supercharger? I need ideas for a forced induction system. It is for a 1997 eagle vision with a 3.5 V6 with a dual intake setup. I am determined to make something work because apparently it will be a first for this engine. Please help.

Re: supercharger with electric motor

I suppose you could , Yes. It may be better to use a belt drive or gear drive though. It is much simpler.
