I need help from all of you integra owners

Ok so heres the deal i have a 95 4dr ls integera with the stock B18b non Vtec engine and im wondering if i should swap the head with a B16a 1 head Vtec. So what im asking is if i should swap, what parts would i need to do the swap, and if you can give me some links to get those parts? Also if you live anywhere near Fresno, CA and you know someone that has done this swap before at least a non Vtec to Vtec head swap please give me there information. Thank you for hearing me out.
