95 sunfire...All Dash lights on, dim lights, ect. HELP =[

I have a 95 2.2L Sunfire and a couple months ago I hit a bump in the driveway and instantly my headlights went dim. The light on the dash for my headlights in the upper left corner is always flashing too. I always drive with my high beams on that's how dim they are. The brake, abs, low coolant, air bag, check oil, and seatbelt lights are always on as well. At times when I put my car in gear the cd player will shut off or when I stop at a light or turn it will do the same thing but its random when it does it. Also when I am highly accelerating and turn on the windshield wipers they'll go so fast the wiper goes all the way off the windshield and sometimes they go slower than usual. Also my turn signals go way slower than usual and when my lights are on the arrow will light up but it won't flash unless I am completely stopped and then it is very slow. I'm pretty sure all these problems are connected because it all started at the same time. I put a new battery and alternator in it changed the plugs but haven't changed the wires yet and had a different transmission put in because my old one quit on me. It has almost 150,000 miles and I don't know what's wrong with it so hopefully someone can help! Also sometimes when it's parked and just idling the lights on the dash won't light up so when I take it somewhere to have them look they don't see it but it always does when I'm driving if anyone can even give me the slightest idea it would be great... I don't want to take it somewhere and have them give me an outrageous answer =[

I would start by checking the grounds.

Have the same problem havent figured it out yet but I think its either the turn signal, light combo switch or the instrument panel has gone bad.
