Sensor, Ground, or Tansmission?

I've got a 95 K1500 z71. I'm trying to sell the truck but it has a problem.

When you're driving down the road, at 45, everything is fine. But, once the speedometer hits 50, it shoots back down to 45, and the RPM's go to 4000.

The truck seems to still go faster than 50, but it won't upshift. It just winds out at 4000. What is this? I'm thinking its a sensor.

Last week, I changed the transmission filter and fliud. Once I put it back together, it started. I figured that the filter had dropped off into the pan. Sure enough, it had. So I go and buy a new filter (simply for the sleeve thing) and put it in. Im sure it hasnt fallen out again.

The problem started after you changed the transmission filter and fluid?
