2000 Expedition sparkpugs 5.4 V8

need to change spark plugs. how long would it take and how difficult is it?

For the novice it is a fairly difficult process. Hell, for the professional, we don't like them. All I can tell you is take your time and look carefully before removing things. Good luck.

The book says 3 to 4 hours to change plugs including the 4.6.

A lot of the time is how big your hands are on my 1997 F-150 I would have to pull the fuel on one side. A friend from Vietnam could get all of them without pulling the rail. This is a big time saver.
