2003 blower fan issues

My blower stopped working a little while ago, it wouldn't move any air and blew a fuse. I took the blower motor and fan out from under the passenger side under the dash and found a mouse had been making a nest in the fan with my firewall insulation. I cleaned everything out, put it back together, and replaced the fuse. Now my fan only works on #4 (highest setting), 1, 2, and 3 don't do anything. I'm guessing the resistors or relays on each of the 1, 2, and 3 circuits for the fan are blown. The problem is I don't know where those are located in the car, any help on locating those and diagnosing the problem would be greatly appreciated!
