Radiator Drain Valve in 1988 Century

Hello.

I recently purchased a 1988 Buick Century, and would like some rudimentary information about the radiator.

Quite simply, I can't locate the radiator drain valve. If I'm standing in front of the car, driver's side right, where is it located?

Also: Is it a plastic or metal drain valve? I used to have a 1986 Nissan 200SX with a plastic valve, and flushing the radiator was incredibly easy. I'm worried that a metal valve that old would be frozen and difficult to open.
