93 accord steers almost perfect but.......

Back again !!!!
My original rack and pinion steers fine but the seal was leaking. Had it rebuilt, put it back on,had the front end aligned, there was a little play in the steering wheel, tightened the clamp on the spline from the steering column a couple of more turns and the play disappeared. When I drive it I can feel the steering wheel wobbling just enough to make me think it is not right and then the wobbling stops. Back and forth.I have not detemined a pattern to it meaning at certain speeds it smooths out or it only does it at slower speeds.I noticed on right and left turns I can start to feel it just coming out of the turn and for a distance depending on the speed.Even when I feel the wobble the car feels like it is steering fine. When it stops doing it it feels like my other Hondas meaning it feels tight and in perfect alignment. After I had my front end aligned the guy who worked on it said one of the four studs on my right wheel was broken. Would one broken stud have anything to do with this? Two days earlier I had worked on my brakes and hand tightened everything.Maybe I am stronger than I think.Any thoughts?
