Horn Stopped Working 98 Dodge Caravan

My horn just stopped working, fuse is fine is there a way to check it under the hood???

Check horn relay in PDC box.

Could be a bad clockspring and that is part of the horn.Take to the dealer free of charge,the clockspring has a lifetime warrantee and it is a common problem.The years are 1996 to 2000,I believe
