2008 Grand Caravan TV

I have an 08 caravan and the in dash tv only shows video when the vehicle is in park. How can I get it to show video all the time?

That is a "safety Feature" so you can't try to drive and watch TV at the same time. On some vehicles you can push the emergency brake in a little until the "brake" light is on on the dash. That will tell the computer you are stopped. All in all, it's not a good idea to bypass that, as it is a safety feature and could cause you problem if you are in an accident.
