94 camry 2 dr window passenager wont go down

Hey I have narrowed it down to that Ive used a test light when I unplug the connector from the passenger motor and try to use the passenger switch the light comes on when u try to go up and try to go down. But when u used the master switch on the driver side for the passenger window the down work the light comes on but the up button doesnt work the light doesnt not come on. Does anyone know what it is or how I can buy pass this problem?

I have cleaned window switches on some cars with good results. It is not very hard. I would try to do it on your Toyota.
