Ferrari 250 Testarossa

In the midway of my Enzo build, I suddenly got the rush of starting this beautiful kit. And this time, im not going to add details to it, pretty OOB, except that i replace the funnels with metal parts from KA models and wheels from scale productions. I didnt took any pics along the build until yesterday. These are the few pics. sorry for that.

I just love the wheels, one of the best buy i got so far.

thanks for looking, comments welcomed!

Re: Ferrari 250 Testarossa

Looks fantastic so far. I just got two of these with the Hasegawa wheel sets and the KA Models photoetch parts.

How did you do the white piping on the seats? It looks perfect.

Re: Ferrari 250 Testarossa

Looks great
Lovely clean work and I'm looking forward to seeing how this progresses.

I also have one of these in the early stages on my bench (VERY early) and will be keeping it OOB too.

I am also curious about your technique for painting that piping so cleanly Just a steady hand or.....?

Haha, yeah, patience i guess, no special techniques . well its not as perfect as it appears to be, just that the imperfections are minor and i had it touched up at the end. im really looking forward to some of your progress being posted, i have been waiting for sometime for more people to build this, wanting to see more since this kit is released. So far i have only seen one, quite disappointed actually. i must say this is a wonderful kit, alot of areas to make it detailed. haha... and maybe when i decide to have another go on this, i will definitely want to detail it... thanks for the comment anw!
