2000 eclipse

Hey I just bought a 2000 eclipse for my daughter and on the dash where the clock and radio station should be it does not work. Any idea where the fuse is for this? I could also use the place for the fuse for the cigarette lighter so she can charge her phone. The guy said he had the manual and would call me when he found it but for some reason I don't expect that call. Thanks for the help.

There are two fuse panels, one along the dash on driver side, the other under the hood in the usual place.

Just look at the diagram on the corresponding cover and check that fuse.
