Exclamation 1997 Jimmy Problems PLEASE HELP

i went and bought my 1997 jimmy the other day and i drove it from columbus ohio to zanesville ohio which was bout a hour drive and it drove great...i got home shut it off and left it off all night then when i came outside the next morning to go run around it didnt wanna start it makes the sound like it wants to itll start to but just wont be able to do it...but eventually after about 5-10 mins it will start and run fine what could this be?!?!?!? i think it needs a new fuel filter and probably a tune up could that be it or what?? please give me some ideas! also how much does it cost to do a tune up on one of these? THANKS

Check your fuel pressure and see where its at. Could be a few things, bad fuel pump, in need af a tune -up, weak battery, and/or a combination of all three. Get a fuel pressure guage on there see what thats doing, if that checks out, take a look at the batteryt and make sure it can hold a good charge, if that checks out, take a look at the ignition system.
