01 blower motor
ok several years ago i replaced the resistar as i lost the low speed but had the 4 higher speeds. now i have nothing at all and the resistar looks fine. do i need to pull the blower motor to get at the contacts to see if direct current will turn it, if so does the motor and squirrel cage drop right down after the 3 screws are removed, or do i have any other options thanks

Re: 01 blower motor
your post has been moved!
Technicaly I should just deleted it as its in the WRONG section! Check the voltage at the blower, i'd check the fuses/relays first tho. BTW Thier's a thread for the blowr removal in the Tips and Maintenance sub forums. good luck
