car is bogging

ok i have a 92 tsi and recently i put a front mount on it, 255lph fuel pump, AEM vaccum operated pressure regulator, manual boost controller, arp head bolts, intake. exhaust, that is about it for after market mods. but the car has been running fine and last night i was racing alittle and all of a sudden when i go to give it a good amount of gas it boggs as if it is running to rich or like when the motor is cold. the boost is at 16 pounds and the fuel pressure is 37-38 at idle. it just feels like it has been running way to rich when i give it gas now. any ideas? is there anyway i can adjust my boost gauge and fuel pressure to make the car not do this? please let me know thanks.

Re: car is bogging

Do a boost leak test.

Re: car is bogging

yea i just thought of that because my piping is not welded. i have couplings. and all of the couplings are 2 ply silicone. but three of them are just rubber, so do u think i might of bursted one of the rubber couplings? cause i dont think they are very good for boost.

Re: car is bogging

yea this is pretty typical of a leak which is sprung but will only open at a certain amount of pressure. LIke at vac it is fine but when pressure builds up it springs open and causes you to run excessively rich. It happened to me with my stock
