Do you need stability control when driving less than 25mph (40kph)?

Hi, Stability control in quite rare in our country. It is only available on expensive models.

I only drive around my campus and never go to highways. There is no snow here so the roads is pretty safe. Do i need stability control then?

No, you don't need stability control. What would make you think you need it since you only drive around your campus?
