Suggestions for new car?

Hey guys I could really use your help here. I own a Daewoo Lanos
and because of their unfortunate demise, I'm now in the market for a new car. I spent a lot on my car as far as performance parts go, so whetever car I get would have to have a big aftermarket following.
I really like the Aerio sedan, but is it truly a good car and if so, does it seem like there will be an abundance of aftermarket parts avaiable in the near future? Also, is this the kind of car that will be around for a while because I'm a little more cautious now after my experience with my Daewoo. The other cars I'm considering are the Focus ZX3 and the 2003 Tiburon, obviously the Aerio is lower in price which is attractive to me. Or do you think I should keep my car, holding out hope that GM will ressurect the Lanos(even though its successor the Kalos is scehduled to debut as a Chevy in 2004). My budget is 10000-12000 so any help you can give on this matter is appreciated.
Thanks

If you want an inexpensive new car with high aftermarket support any of the ZX3 and the Tiburo would qualify. If you want to let us know what kind of budget you wish to work in, you might get a better response.

My budget will probably be around 10-12k after I sell my car. I would go with the Focus, but from the things I've heard people either love it or hate it. I've spent a lot on my car and I'd love to keep it, but I'm just not sure what the future holds for the Lanos. Here is a pic of my car to give you a better idea. Once again, your input is appreciated.

Unhappy too bad

sorry to hear about your daewoo, I hope you can get $ back, well anyways, you should try test driving the lexus IS sport design. Not because you can afford it but because I found an ad online that said you could get a free subscription to media week for testdriving the IS. I did it and it worked, it was a fun ride plus I got somthing free. here's the link
