Unhappy 95 z28 rear end shaking!! help please.

I'll make this quick. I hope my tranny isn't messed up!!?? Whenever I engage the clutch the rear shakes. Like going in reverse the rear end sound like its gonna break, and when I try to go slow out of 1st gear it sounds like the rears falling apart. when i downshift it vibrates a little. But once i get going its fine. so maybe some bushing or joint is messed up. Your thoughts please????

Might be a tranny mount. Check your mounts.
