1993 civic stater problems

I have a 1993 Honda civic lX 1.5L standard. I totalled the care in 2006 but kept it in my garage cause i wanted to fix it up. It had minor damage to front end but insurance company totalled it. I drove it the other day and for some reason it will not start anymore. I put a new batter in two days ago. All the lights come on, everything works. The starter makes no sound, no clicking, nothing. Im guessing the battery juice is getting to the starter. Any answers to why it wont start. Another option isThe pull-a-part has a new 94 civic addition to the yard. Will this starter work on my car.
