1999 Ford Ranger Heater Core Help!!

I have 1999 Ford Ranger 4 cylinder Manual Transmission. I have found out that my heater core is broken because I'm leaking water under the hood and its coming from the AC. The windows fog up inside when the windows are closed as well. I need help trying to get to the Heater Core the easiest way.

My Question is......How can i get to the heater core, the easiest way? I don't have a chiltons manual.

It might even be the hoses going to the heater core right?

Need HELP ASAP please. This is my work truck!

Re: 1999 Ford Ranger Heater Core Help!!

Either buy a manual off ebay or at a parts store.
http://www.alldata.com/ sell a years subbscription for around $25.00.
You have to remove part of the dash on the passenger side. The manuals show some pictures and bolt locations. Otherwise if you have plenty of time just start and figure it out. Figure at least a day depending on how good the interior looks.

just a thought before you change the heater core. is it antifreeze that is leaking or water like you said in post. could it be your ac condenser drain hose stopped up that is causing the moisture problem
