Check Engine light has been on for sometime. Car runs pretty rough..especially when the air is running. I took it to the dealer today and they said "It is running lean" I get the same answer no matter who checks it. Auto Zone or the dealer. The advised to change the Fuel Regulator. Well picked it up..no light..Went to get my inspection sticker..light came on. This is a extra car and I don't really want to put too much money into it. I am not looking to play the change this change that until the light goes off..game. Anyone have any ideas???
Thanks. T |

Re: 2000 Honda Accord--Check Engine Light
You need to get the actual code. Autozone will do it for free. The code should start with letter P... following with three digits. Get the code and look it up on the internet. Check out www.tegger.com. This site has tons of information.
Good luck, Sam
