No air coming from vents

Had Heater coil replaced as it was leaking. Now when I try to run a/c the air will not blow out of vents. On high it barely comes out and then not where it is suppose to be blowing. Mainly on floor. Mechanic (?) says to bring it back and he will look again but don't trust him now. Was working fine before, anyone have suggestions of things to check.

He probably did not get the vacuum line on all the way and it got knocked back off. If yours has electric servos instead of vacuum its still not a big problem if he didn't plug the harness back in
