Painting tail-lights?
Once you've painted the tail lights clear red and orange do you paint on top of that the silver paint or do you paint the silver paint onto the back of the car where the lenses attach??
Has anyone done a 'how to do' on lowering cars for beginners?? Thanks |

paint the car silver where lenses will attach too
every car is different, so every lowering job is different cut and reposition things... etc.. |

I also recommend using bare metal foil instead of painting it silver. You'll see a real difference when you shine a light at it, especially for photos.

If you look at the real tail light closely, you find the part that lights up, and the part that reflects. After painting clear red, you can apply baremetal on the backside of the clear part, to differentiate those
two. |
