L200 inner fender question

Hi, I have a 2003 L200 that had the front bumper cover knocked off in a previous accident. I was wondering if anyone out there with the same car could tell me if the inner fender comes all the way down on the front to the bottom edge of the fender. On this one the inner fender stops about 10" from the bottom edge of the fender. I can see that the fender has holes that would attach the inner fender all the way to the bottom edge. I hope thats not too confusing? Thanks for the help. Bob
