Exclamation Another question about my 92 z34

ok so i have a ram air intake system. I was just wondering if I needed a MAF sensor to install it because they sent me the wrong kit and I still made it fit my car i have the breathing tube and the other sensor in it and it work fine i think i can tell a big increase in my car. but do I or should I have the MAF sensor? and if so how would i set it up?

Re: Another question about my 92 z34

you may want to invest in a heat shield between the filter and the radiator hose thats on the left. i tested quite a few intakes just to end up putting the old stock box back on. it brings in cooler air. just buy a k&n flatbed filter. i also took the flatpipe from the front of the box and ran a flexible hose from there to the the opening above the headlight. this setup seems to work the best for me...
