How to remove exterior rear tail light assembly 1994 LeSabre

I removed the clips on both ends of the assembly and the center screw. I also removed the license plate mounting screws. It does not seem to budge. Are they other fastners holding it. I want to remove some rust and repaint the bottom section of the assembly and need to remove the assembly to prep and paint.

IIRC, studs are mounted on the taillight assembly and go through the trunk to the inside. Interior trim will need to be removed to expose them. The studs should have nuts on the back side that can be easily removed.
