94 T&C Instrument panel problems

Hi all
I have seen threads about this on different years, etc... but no luck yet for my 94.
I will be driving down the road and suddenly my dash will go out. All the lights are out.
This is a electronic dash.
I hit the dash and it most times come back.
I read in posts about pulling the instrument cluster board and resoldering the board.
However, I would love to do this but I cannot figure out how to get to it. I get so far and I can not figure out how to get the dash out.

Does anyone have any pictures, instructions, etc... that would aid me in fixing this?

Anyone else have this year van and problem??
