2000 Monte Carlo Starting Problems
I have a 2000 Monte Carlo. I was initially having problems where the car would not start except when it wanted to. I would turn the key and nothing. After replacing the battery and starter it now just clicks. Is there some kind of a starter relay that may be bad?
