Replace transmission speed sensor input side, transmission speed sensor output side. Still have the three prong connector vehicle speed sensor to replace but can't locate it under the hood. We can't locate it and it's driving me nuts!!! Please Help!!

The above link takes you to free auto repair manuals. Just click on the link, enter card number 123456789, click on the down arrow and select Public Library on Cincinnati adn Hamilton County, then click on submit. When the link is displayed scroll down to the Auto Repair Referance Center. You can take it from there.

If you know of any free sites with a diagram that can help my delima above please let me know.
Thanks!!

I'll guess and say you have the 41TE 4 speed transmission. Not sure which connector you mean but this may help. There's a diagram near the top and scroll to the bottom for another. Looks like you'll have to copy and paste the link.

EDIT
Looks like the link won't download the .pdf file so type "41TE transmission speed sensor location" in a search engine and look for this:

The spees sensors are located on the front side of the tranny. You will have to remove the air box. Where you see the transmission cooling lines go into the transmission the sensors are located either side of the lines. The input is closest to the engine and the output closest to the fender.
