95 Suburban tail light removal: HELP!
Ok, what is the trick to removing this thing? I removed the two screws on the inside of the door track and the thing is stuck seemingly from the front. Are there screws in the quarter panel or what?

Re: 95 Suburban tail light removal: HELP!
There should only be two screws holding it in. Check to make sure the plastic trim above it isn't in the way. I don't know if it was warped or wasn't the proper length from the factory, but on my 96', the black plastic vent trim thing above it had to come off to get the tail light out without breaking something.

Re: 95 Suburban tail light removal: HELP!
The top trip is not blocking anything. I started to pry it away from the car and there appears to be two things going into the the forward part of the vehicle. I could force it off but I wanted to ask someone before I forced it and it breaks. Thanks.

Re: 95 Suburban tail light removal: HELP!
On my '98 Sub it was the weather seal that was keeping it from coming off. There are 2 tabs on the light assy that go into slots in the body. You have to rotate the assy outwards from the back where the screws were.
