front rotors bad after 10000 miles
I bought a used 03 trailblazer that had front end shake when I bought it. I replaced the front pads and rotors and everything was good for about 7000 miles then the shaking returned and has gotten worse. Now at 10000 miles it about shakes the wheel out of your hands. I know it needs new rotors again, but why are the warping so fast? Has anybody else had brake problems like this?? Also looking at the back rotors they are only wearing about 50% of the face right in the middle of the rotor, not digging a groove but shinny, they are rusty on outside and inside of the wear pattern.

Re: front rotors bad after 10000 miles
Welcome to AF, many things can cause this, common issue is overtightening or wrong sequence on the lug nuts, not cleaning the mounting hub ( rust), not seating in/ bedding the pads, overheating the brakes, and the list goes on,. no quick answer for warped rotor issues.
