Volkswagen of America--STINKS
The customer service and integrity of VW of America took a hard blow when they were unable to assist my local dealership in repairing my 2000 Beetle within a reasonable amount of time.
7weeks past before the car was repaired, and they asked me to be patience. NEVER WILL I BUY ANOTHER VOLKSWAGEN PRODUCT. $22,000. down the drain l

how many miles? What was wrong when you took it in? My 2001 has been very good to me so far.... but I only have 10,700 miles!
