1987 GMC S-15; Engine will not start.

A few weeks ago, while driving home from a friend's house, my S-15 lost power and stopped. After getting it off the road I tried to restart it. It would turn over but not fire. After getting it home, I checked the coil and replaced it. Still nothing. It has new plugs, wires, etc. I tested to see if spark is getting to the plugs and it is not. If anyone has any ideas to what the problem may be, please, please let me know. Any help is highly appreciated.

Still nothing...

Changed both. Unfortunately, there is still no fire. Thanks for the help anyway.

Any other ideas?

Did you install the flat ground strap under the coil?
