1995 Jaguar XJ6 Door lock problem

I had to change my door due to an accident and now the door will lock fromthe outside with the key, but will not unlock, is there a procedure that I can do to get it to reprogram the door, or what do i do? thanks kalvin

THE PROCEDURE varies the manual will not tell you how to reset contact the dealer and try to sweet talk them.or just take it in its not that big a deal.
