2000 GM Radio swap out

I am looking to get a newer Ford radio that has a cd player. Mine just has a cassette. I only have one plug on my old radio and its for the shorter but longer hole. Do you all think a radio like this one would work. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FORD-...mZ350063001300

better pull out your radio because the back of yours has a ramp look to it and the newer 6 disc will not work. i have a 2000 gm with just the cassette but mine has the disc changer wire in the trunk. ford sales the disc changer for 300.
