1993 Eagle summit dl 1.5

I recently replaced my outer Tie rod end..The reason I replaced them was because I saw they were gone and I heard this constant grinding noise from the front end of the car mostly centered around the passenger side wheel..This noise only occurs on acceleration not while gliding or braking or even in neutral while gliding..I checked the outer cv joints the boot look ok...The wheels spin nicely and freely when lifted...I was wondering if anyone had an y input on what the problem might be....Any help would be greatly appreciated....
