cool fan relay

My check engine light has been on for the last three years, every time i get it reades p1652 which is cool fan relay 1 but i have replaced both cool fan 1 and 2 and the master relays twice. i own a 97 GTP 3800 S.C.

A common cause for this DTC to set is the wiring at the PCM. Check it for corroded, loose or damaged connections. The rest of the diagnostic proceedure is way to involved and technical to attempt to post here. Unless you are a very skilled mechanic, with extensive electrical diagnostic abilities, this would be best off left to the pros.

ok im kind of dumb but its ok any way the pcm is located in the filter case right
