2003 L200 radio not working after battery change

Hi, I just bought a 2003 Saturn L200 from an old friend who is now unable to drive. The car had been sitting for about 2 years so of course the battery was dead. I jump started the car just to make sure everything was ok. Everything worked fine including the radio. When i picked up the car i replaced the battery with a new one and the radio would no longer work. I checked the fuse for the radio on the lower left kick panel and it was fine. Just to be sure i put in a new one. The radio still does not work. Is there a secondery fuse box that would have another fuse for the radio? Thanks for the help. Bob

Re: 2003 L200 radio not working after battery change

Sometimes when the battery is disconnected the theftlock system activates... Essentially your radio believes it is being tampered with and will disable itself until the correct radio code is inputted to unlock it. If you set the codes yourself great... if not you may need to have a dealer diagnose the issue for you. Your owners manual will have info on the reset process.
