'99 burb rear diff.

I have a 1999 5.7 4x4 k1500 suburban. It has the factory locker/ gov lock (G80 Code) system. Last week while towing the boat the carrier broke in two. I was wondering what is the best repalcment unit avalible. Should I put a factory carrier assembly back in it? Or should I be looking at detroit truetrac or similar assembly. Would like to rebuild with a stonger differential than before. What brand of gear is the strongest also? Its a 8.5" 10 bolt/ 30 spline. Thanks!
