2004 cvpi transmission
Hi All, I have a friend that needs to switch out a tranny in an 04 vic. He's curious to know if there's a transmission code he should be aware of when shopping around junk yards and where this code would be located (on transmission or somewhere else). Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Numbers should be on a tag on the drivers side. Otherwise, ask for a 4R70W. Make sure it is for same year tho. They made a few internal changes around that time.
