Steering Grinding Noise
Lately I've got a lot of noise coming from my steering column, it's not the famous clunk which i had already fixed using the grease kit. This sounds like metal to metal grinding and only at low speeds.

How many miles do you have on the truck? I had a similar noise to what you describe and my problem was a shot right wheel hub. From your picture it looks like you are 4wd and mine is 2wd so maybe it is not the same problem, but you are defining what my problem was perfectly.
