Lost power on Focus

I have a ford focus lx 1800 on a V Reg it has lost a lot of power when accelerating, the car revs as normal when you accelerate but not got its usually power there, also not often but every now and again my speedo will stop working and then the car becomes juddery when changing gear until the speedo starts to work again.

For the power loss i would recommend a fuel system cleaner. Not a can you put in the tank, something like sea foam you can add to the intake vacuum and clean it out. Shifting problem could be some type of speed sensor. Have any lights or codes?

My brother just got the fuel injector cleaner he ordered from autopartsway yesterday. hope to get things done this week. Thank you guys.
