Re: cold car starts fine but when hot truns over but wont start
It sounds like a bad crankshaft position sensor to me. They don't always trip a Check Engine Light, and will cause the stalling/no-start, tach dropping to zero and trac-off light you describe.

Re: cold car starts fine but when hot truns over but wont start
Remove the ignition module and bring it to autozone or advance for testing. Have them do it twice to get it nice and warm.
Have you tried a fuel pump resistor bypass yet? Check the tips and maintenance subforum.

Re: cold car starts fine but when hot truns over but wont start
is there any way that this is caused by the EVAP canister being full

Re: cold car starts fine but when hot truns over but wont start
Nope, I dont think an EVAP canister can ever fill up, your PCM commands the EVAP Purge valves open and empties the vapors back into the intake manifold.

Re: cold car starts fine but when hot truns over but wont start
ICM or else CPS, you changed the CPS already so the ICM is the next possible issue. Like I said just remove it and take it in for testing. No sence replacing something that isnt bad.

Re: cold car starts fine but when hot truns over but wont start
You could have a bad replacement CKPS (especially if the one you bought is a cheapo aftermarket brand), or the wiring to it has chaffed through or is corroded.
